Cancellation policy
Cancellations cannot be made once the order has been placed. We will not cancel orders once they have been processed (usually within a couple of hours of purchase).
Once an order is placed, your purchase is processed and begins preparation for manufacturing and delivery.
Therefore, due to the nature in which we process, design and manufacture your , we do not accept the cancellation of any order. PLEASE review your order carefully.
Return policy
We are a sustainable brand with 100% Spanish manufacturing. We make our products ethically without causing harm to the environment or society. We do not manufacture industrially, so we have limited stock on part of the items shown on our website.
We handcraft each pair of shoes and allow our artisans 5-7 business days to complete an order depending on the design and features of the order. Our products are specially handmade in Spain for you and with you in mind and are also free from defects at the time of shipment.
Exchanges will not be accepted unless the customer agrees to return the product to our address. Personalized products do not admit changes or returns.
We do not offer free exchanges on any items. Please inspect your items on delivery, if for any reason we have not detected a problem please notify us within 5 days of receipt. After 5 days, no changes will be made.
If after consulting our Size Guide and ordering with our size in mind, you are still not satisfied, you can contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you and create a different size for you, but we will not bear the costs of Shipping.
For custom shoe orders, we will not accept returns or exchanges.
